I was unable to locate my contract, therefore didn't have a contract number. When I called they were extremely helpful. They located my contract & gave me that number & when I asked them to send me a copy of my original contract, they
said no problem. When I wasn't able to locate the contract I also did not recall the name of the company, other than it was an Insurance company. The person who sold it to me was from a bank, but was no longer there. I searched & thought
& searched more. Eventually, I found some literature from back when I was making my decision to purchase. I called the phone number I found typed very small only on one pamphlet. It was to another division. However, they went out of
their way to help me & was able to determine where I belonged ( companies use umbrella under various names depending on the product). They gave me the proper phone number and transferred me to Justine. She handled everything easily,
which made me very happy and calm. Not to mention satisfied. I'd like to say thank you so much for being a company who likes their customers!

The original policy was written with Interstate Assurance which Protective Life took over 10 to 15 years ago. I really don't have much to say about the policy since I've had little contact with anyone concerning the policy. My guess
is that once a policy is set up, you pay the premium until you need to submit a claim. At that point, it is not my problem, but one of my beneficiaries.
